Can Ernie do it?

Who doesn’t love the big “easy”? The big giant golfer from South Africa with his quiet demeanor and almost effortless swing has golfers around the globe mesmerized. Every time he plays, a good amount of his fans are quietly waiting to see his name atop the leader board. But sadly, it hasn’t happened for the past two years. Reason being, he was held back with a knee injury and out for about ½ a season.
Reports say that he will be challenging for some honors this year, especially for the majors. Well the first major (The Masters) has come and gone. He missed the cut for the first time in ages. But has anyone noticed that he has been slouching? He seems to have made a change in his posture. Something that he has always maintained as his “Achilles’ heel” but is it? Or is it his putting? I think it is a bit of both.
If your shots are not happening, you lose confidence. But having viewed the just concluded first round at Wentworth (the BMW PGA Championship), he seems to have made a change in his posture. He is again standing upright and his putting, smooth as silk. He is currently tied for third after the first round at -4. Wentworth is also the place for one of his residences, right next to the 16th hole. But where will he be come Sunday evening? Golfnick hopes, with the Championship trophy.

Big easy has not been performing to his level the last 2 years. Like u said he has some injury. His swing is so easy and smooth. One of best.
