Golf- why do you hate it?

The problem with these guys or gals on why they hate golf is simple. In one word “ignorance”. Has it ever occurred to you that you are the problem itself! Look, I have full testimonials that “golf” is a great game. Ask my fellow blogger friends like wingz or kenny. Yes, they started like you. It looks silly and stupid! And you need to be real old to play it, Right? Wrong! You should start as young as you can, ask Mr. Tiger Woods! These are maybe some of the other reasons why people hate golf. Let’s examine a few of them;

1. It’s bloody expensive! It’s a rich ass’s game.

No, its not. Have you seen the latest prices for a tennis racquet? a squash or badminton? Wake up mate! And no, we’re not asses.

2. My boss wants me to take it up to socialise, I will not be intimidated!

That’s not new. That’s the boss telling you IF you want to climb the ladder of success! That’s a big IF! Shows you that you need a talk on Sociology and basic communications.

3. Its too tough! I keep hitting the mat and it never goes where I want it to go!

Go engage a pro! Not everyone can be as skillful as Tiger and even he has a coach! You can, of course choose to dress up in pads and run with something in leather and only the Americans understand, when they try to murder you in the field !

4. It’s such a silly game! You hit, then you walk and then you hit, and walk and then again!

Twit! Look at baseball! You hit then you run and then again. Worse still if you can’t hit it, you have to sit down and wait for your turn again. Now, who’s silly!

5. It’s a no contact sports game! Only a sissy wil play it!

Yeah! And I don’t have a few broken bones or scars to show off. But I got promoted whilst you are sitting on the desk just outside of my office. And try telling Tiger he’s a sissy!

Well, that’s about all I can think off at the present moment. But I will be glad to answer all other questions to why you would hate a game so true to yourself. And one other thing, if after reading this mail and you still can’t hit a ball on the driving range? Only this, LOT!!!
